ok so i'm playing morrowind(tribunal expansion) and i'm in the sewers, and then the naked guy(you know, who is helping thurd learn) says "i think that tavern girl was looking at me, how do i tell her that i'm not interested" when he's being held hostage :lol:

I was rather astonished, not to say lol-lified, when I was given an assignment by the Fighters' Guild to kill a female Orc in Balmora. Why? Because that Orc's name was Dura. And that's the Russian for "very stupid woman". I found this highly amusing :D :D :D (I think the names suited her) :D :D :D

Hmmm, two new ones for me actually since I arrived in Solthsiem for the first time:

1. A bear shooting a fireball at me! Yes, that's right...a fireball. On later inspection I found that it had swallowed a ring of one of the unfortunate people's in that cave. Still, that should of destroyed the bear when it came shooting out it's throat.

2. Running around near the crossroads of the big river I started hearing Nord voices saying things like you hear in battle mode. I sttod still for ages waiting for my enemies to appear but nothing. I then thought maybe they where stuck so I ran about for a good 10 minutes looking, but nothing! unless this is some kind of Nord prank I have no idea what is going on.

My first time(well, ok, second, but the first one didn't count) playing Morrowind, which was very recently, I was between Seyda Neen and Balmora, and my health was low. I rested, figuring it'd be the easiest way to replenish. Well, it was, but it also spawned a Scrib, which wasn't too surprising, and a Dark Brotherhood member. Yeah, I have GOTY, but having never played, I practically jumped out of my skin. Needless to say, I was defeated quite handily, though I did manage to kill the Scrib. :lol:

That, and, newbish as it makes me sound, seeing Tarhiel fall from the sky, screaming, was a bit of a WTF moment, though I already knew it would happen.

1. The "Siege of Skaal Village". Walking outside the door to see half a dozen werewolves coming at you snarling...........

2. Uncle Curio

3. That book telling this story of Vivec taking out his "spear"

4. Being attacked by a cliff racer in Balmora

My WTF moment would have to be talking to one of the people in the Zainab Camp and getting this:

"Ho, look! An outlander. Are you lost, poor thing? Did the big bad beasts bite you, so you need our healer? Or do you need our trader, so he can take your gold and give you things we would throw away or give to our guar?"

I was playing Morrowind on its release date, so I had no idea Tarhiel was about to fall from the sky. That was a serious WTF moment. Nothing in comparison to what happened when I used his "Scroll of Icarian Flight", though. It was really that moment that got me hooked on the game.. I couldn't wait to find out the next moment that made me stop and think "...now that was pretty cool."

Morrowind seems to be just a series of wtf moments.

My very first was the silt striders. I fell off of the platform in balmora and took falling damage. For a very long time i thought it had attacked me and i refused to go near them till around lv 20.

The most annoying by far is realizing that cliff racers obviously have radar.

Walking around in circles picking up money from the Dagoth symbol. WTF THAT TOOK FOREVER!!!

Randomly finding the pauldron in Kaarstag castle.

Having a dremora tell me it was going to rape me, of course.

And many many more.

Oh yeah just thought of the worst one ever. Seeing the loot bag in my museum and thinking "Gee, it sure is nice that they give you a container" and then proceeding to fill it with all the daedric items in my museum. Next time i visited i was not amused.
