Edit: I R CONFUS. Oh well. Edited the ship's rate and guns.

Charisma is high because he's a cultured, suave aristo, agility is high because he's a talented fencer. Endurance is low because he has goddamn tuberculosis. Will edit/rebalance if you require it. --Dropped his charisma by 1, shoved it in perception. Charming as he is, his illness might shy some away.

Unfortunately, we can only allow Fifth-Rates as the largest ships for you guys at the moment (from my understanding, anyway, Pom wrote most of the mechanics). Luckily the only change to make is 72 guns to 44.

Otherwise, looks good, and accepted!

Guess who's back?I'm guessing that Blade is the right skill for knife fighting? If you described Melee as specifically hand-to-hand then I'd figure it couldn't be that.

Wait?! Is this for real!! How soon do you 2 expect to have this start? and will this be more open world, story driven, or pvp/pve style?
