As of now, followers don't level with you; their level sets when you meet them. My question is when does Illia get Icy Spear, which is the Expert Frost Destruction Spell. On elderscrollswikia.com, it says that her overall level caps at 40 and that her Destruction skill will be 100 at that time. According to my math, she should gain 2.5 levels in Destruction for every overall level I am. And 30/40 is 75 anyway, putting her Destruction skill at 75 when I am level 30. Does this mean that she learns Icy Spear at this level or what? If you can find this out on the PC or if you first met her at level 30 or so, please respond. Thanks!
