I heard that Chillrend is in Skyrim and naturally I want to get the best version. On the leveled items page however, there is no indication as to which level corresponds to what version. I've heard conflicting reports of people saying that even above level 30 they only got the middle tier version. Does anybody know if there is a definitive level system for all leveled items or if each weapon has its own levels. Also, if anyone could answer my chillrend question specifically i'd be very grateful.

I've been using this site for years, and seeing as how its my first post I'll just say thanks to everyone that puts the time in to make it great. You've definitely made my Morrowind and Oblivon experiences much easier!
