...I searched 'Downloads finishing early' because I had that problem and I couldn't get the CS. So I go to the first page I see, and it is this article on some computing site. This guy says he has the same problem as me, and guess what he was trying to download: Obscuro's Overhaul and Qarl's Texture Pack! I just thought this was pretty funny, since it was the first page I went to and it is Oblivion related.
