I have been playing Quake for several years now and currently belong to the Zesty FragAholics (ZFA), a Thunder Walker (TW) Capture the Flag (CTF) QuakeWorld clan. Below is some information on my Quake career including some hopefully helpful playing tips.

Pet Peeve: Saying 'Base is Secure' about 1sec before someone takes our flag
